Chef Ron Moler gained a passion for cooking at an early age from his Mother and from there realized his dream in life was to be a Chef at a restaurant where he could share his creations with great people. Chef Ron Moler worked at the best resorts in Tucson where he trained under the acclaimed Chefs Jamie West and Jason Jonilonis. Working side by side with these accomplished Chefs, Chef Ron Moler gained the training necessary to become one of the Verde Valleys most recognizable faces in the culinary scene. Working with many of the local Vineyards and Farms, Chef Ron has utilized the local products to create some great dinners for very special occasions. As a Chef Rotisseur of the Chaine de Rotisseurs Sedona Chapter, Chef Ron has shown his talents in using great local product to create some high end dinners paired with local wine. Chef Ron has been honored to cook for the Vice President of the United States Joseph Biden, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Arizona Senator John McCain. Hollywood Celebrities such as Susan Sarandon, Jane Seymore, Francis Fisher, Paul Sorvino, Leah Thompson, Ed Asner, Mariel Hemingway, Joan Collins, Peter Bogdanovich, and Michael Moore and musical legend Robert Plant.
Chef Eden Archer
t the age of fifteen Eden started her culinary career at a hole in the wall restaurant in Visalia California working as prep cook, server, dishwasher and cashier. Her passions for food and eventually wine would lead her from California to New York where she cooked at The Relais & Chateaux property The Lake Placid Lodge. On a trip through Arizona she decided to relocate to the Verde Valley and after cooking at The Asylum in Jerome opened the restaurant at the award winning inn, El Portal. A desire to learn as many aspects of the industries as possible led her into the management and food service side of the industry with the company Southwest Foodservice Excellence. After several years in Austin Texas she returned to Arizona as a regional district manager of Northern Arizona. An opportunity to deepen her love of wine then led her to Santa Barbara County where she had the experience of managing the family owned winery, Sunstone Vineyards and Winery. Unable to stay away from the magic of Northern Arizona she eventually returned to serve as Director Of Operations for a SLO Restaurant Concepts, overseeing Brix Restaurant & Wine Bar and Criollo Latin Kitchen in Flagstaff and opening the companies third restaurant, Proper, in Tucson Arizona. Eden now blissfully combines her 24 years of experience as manager and chef for Dancing Apache Ranch and Stagestop Vineyards in beautiful Page Springs Arizona.
