Chef Jet Foley

Chef Jet Foley, owner of RIOT in Old Town has loved making food as far back as she can remember. The only daughter of a single mother and three brothers started cooking to help her mother who worked three jobs to support the family. Jet with no formal training or experience opened her first restaurant in Jerome 16 years ago. The Red Rooster Café was a fast local favorite and sealed Jet’s love for creating and feeding people quality ingredients created with love.
At RIOT, Jet has created an environment for people to gather comfortably while enjoying the largest craft beer selection around (don’t worry, if you don’t like beer, there is a full bar), playing games and being surprised by the quality of food.
Jet is excited to be a part of Canned Sedona and is honored to be asked to participate. Giving back to a community that helps Jet live her passion, is something Jet takes seriously, so let’s raise some money and have some fun.
